Trainee Compliance Administrator

This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and talented individual to take on the role of Trainee Compliance Administrator to join a dedicated and professional firm in St Helier Jersey.

The responsibilities will include assisting with compliance monitoring, AML and CFT reviews, transaction monitoring, periodic client reviews, and maintaining compliance registers. The successful candidate will also support the team in handling regulatory breaches, complaints, and policy updates, ensuring all work is conducted in line with internal procedures and industry regulations. Additionally, will play a key role in coordinating meetings, staff compliance declarations, and maintaining records of qualifications and experience.

The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team. Strong organisational and time management skills are essential, and computer literacy is required. While no prior compliance experience is necessary, training and coaching will be provided to ensure proficiency in legislative and regulatory requirements relevant to fund and trust company businesses.
