We’re on the lookout for a Trainee Analyst to join the Business Support Team (BST) at a leading company. This role will provide crucial admin support with compliance, onboarding, and monitoring for both licensed investment and fiduciary businesses.
The main tasks will include helping bring new clients on board, reviewing and keeping client due diligence (CDD) records updated, and tracking how client reviews are progressing. The successful candidate will also assist in periodic reviews, ensure client records are accurate, and play a part in compliance monitoring efforts. Plus, they will help enhance business workflows and efficiencies, making sure everything follows the rules.
To be successful, the ideal candidate will need great communication skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to work solo or as part of a team. We’re looking for someone who is organised, adaptable, and keen to learn, with strong IT skills and a practical approach to solving problems. We encourage applications from A-level school leavers, graduates, or individuals with 1-2 years of experience in finance. Ideally, candidates should be studying for or be willing to start a recognised professional qualification like ICA or CGI (ICSA).
