We have an exciting new opportunity for a Trainee Administrator – Operations & AML to join a fiduciary service provider.



This role offers comprehensive training to the incumbent, encompassing various areas of responsibility. This includes reviewing and processing Client Due Diligence and Know Your Client  documentation, as well as updating and maintaining several registers such as the Company’s CDD Tracker, High Risk Jurisdiction Register, and other Operational platforms. Additionally, the role involves executing background checks, conducting client profiling, and fulfilling ad-hoc World checks and Open Source searches as per business requirements.
