Trainee Administrator – Occupational

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Administrator to join a bespoke financial services provider. As a Trainee Administrator, the Successful Candidate will have the opportunity to focus on local secondary pension schemes administration, with exposure to international occupational pensions management. The primary responsibility will be member data processing and contribution accuracy, ensuring client needs are met to the highest standards. Additionally, they will gain valuable experience in client relationships and communication skills, which will be essential to the role.

The Candidate will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and gain exposure to a variety of clients and industries. This Firm are looking for a candidate who is willing to take on challenges, learn new skills, and grow with us. They will be expected to possess strong organisational skills, the ability to work well with a a team and also have high self motivation and awareness. A Familiarity with Microsoft Office and good time management skills is also desirable.
