A leading provider of financial services are currently seeking a Trainee Administrator for Fund and Corporate services to join their team in St Helier, Jersey.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting administration staff, drafting minutes and resolutions for various entities, handling payments using electronic banking systems, and updating statutory records diligently, aligning with legal standards set forth by the firm’s high-quality service mandate.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Knowledge of the Unity database system would be beneficial but not required. Comfort navigating through these tools will streamline daily tasks efficiently.. An organised approach combined with the use of initiative enhances performance productivity. To qualify for this role, the candidate must possess a minimum of five GCSE passes grade A-C in English and Mathematics included.
