Exciting opportunity available with a reputable legal firm based in St Helier, Jersey. This Firm are seeking a Trainee Administrator for their Governance Services team. This position offers a path towards building a career within client services and contributing to a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with due diligence and compliance checks, client acceptance process, administrative support, managing documentation filing, data management, aiding preparations for statutory and regulatory filings, supporting payment instructions setup, and participating during board meetings. Successful candidates should exhibit strong communication skills, relationship-building prowess, aspirations toward achieving success within financial service roles, adaptable nature, resourcefulness, and effective prioritization abilities. Autonomous work experience is also important.
