We are looking for a motivated individual for a trainee role in trust and company administration. The main responsibilities will include day-to-day administration, such as account reconciliations, processing payments, and invoicing. Key duties involve assisting with client setup, conducting CDD/ECDD reviews, preparing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records.
The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines. A relevant qualification like ICSA or STEP Diploma, along with 2 to 5 years of experience in a fiduciary environment, is preferred. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in office software are also required.
