We are seeking a Trainee Administrator for a fund administration team at an independent, privately owned private client and fund services company n St Peter Port, Guernsey. This is a great opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic and dedicated to start their career in the dynamic fund sector. As a Trainee Administrator, the Successful Candidate will work closely with the admin team on diverse portfolios, participate in various administrative projects, and support company secretarial tasks, including organizing board meetings and documenting minutes accurately. They will also be responsible for keeping timesheets updated daily and contributing to maintaining up-to-date client due diligence records. The Ideal Candidate should excel in the following skills; good written English, have a good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage deadlines efficiently.
