We are looking for a Trade and Credit Manager to join a local Banking firm in St Peter Port, Guernsey, who will be providing exceptional customer support while ensuring efficient transaction processing.
The successful candidate will also respond to customer queries promptly, build strong relationships, and maintain a deep understanding of their needs. Key responsibilities of the role include authorising and investigating transactions, collecting and analysing customer information, and identifying process improvements to enhance the customer and business experience.
The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. A minimum Level 4 investment qualification (such as the CISI Investment Advice Diploma, including the securities or derivatives module) is required. While trading knowledge is not essential, Excel skills and data processing experience would be beneficial.
