A leading Insurance Firm based in St Peter Port, Guernsey, is seeking a Temporary Senior Administrator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, leading the admin team, and managing schedules and appointments for senior management. They will also prepare and manage documents, maintain data integrity, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

The perfect candidate will have a proven track record in high-level administration roles, exceptional organisational and time-management skills, stellar communication abilities, and proficiency with MS Office Suite. They will also have experience leading teams and a keen eye for detail and accuracy. An understanding of the insurance industry is a plus.
