We’re seeking a confident and customer focused Sales Consultant for a local telecoms team. As the first point of contact, the successful candidate will warmly welcome customers, manage the waiting list, and communicate expected wait times to ensure everyone is seen promptly and professionally.
In this role, the individual will support the sales and service team by helping customers understand and purchase our mobile and residential products. They will provide honest, accurate advice, ensure customers leave with their needs met or next steps clearly explained, and work confidently with the systems to support the sales process. The candidate will also assist with resolving queries and delivering high standards of customer care both in person and through email and phone contact.
We’re looking for someone with previous sales experience, a passion for great service, and a strong interest in technology. The ideal candidate should be confident, reliable, and a great communicator who enjoys working as part of a team. Evening and weekend availability may be required during busy seasonal periods, and a satisfactory Basic Police Disclosure is essential due to the nature of the role.
