We’re looking for a friendly, customer-focused Retail Sales Advisor to join a leading telecommunications company. In this role, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and efficient service in-store, over the phone, and via email. They’ll help customers find the right products and services, offer clear and honest advice, and ensure every customer leaves feeling supported and satisfied.
The ideal candidate will need to be confident using computer systems (full training provided), have great communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment. A passion for technology and previous retail or sales experience is essential. They will also be flexible to work occasional evenings and Sundays during the busy Christmas period. We’re looking for someone self-motivated, well-presented, and enthusiastic about delivering great customer experiences.
