An opportunity has arisen for a Temporary CDD Administrator to join the Jersey team and support the compliance and client onboarding functions. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of Client Due Diligence processes, and experience in a regulated financial services environment.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for collecting, verifying, and reviewing CDD documentation for new and existing clients, ensuring records are accurate and compliant with regulatory standards. They will perform screening and risk assessments, maintain internal systems, and work closely with internal teams and external contacts to resolve outstanding CDD matters. The individual will also support ongoing monitoring and remediation projects as needed.

We’re looking for someone with experience in CDD, onboarding, or compliance, ideally with knowledge of AML/CFT regulations and strong organisational and communication skills. An ICA certificate or similar qualification is a plus, but not essential.
