Temp Trust Officer

Our client, a reputable and leading financial services firm based in St Peter Port, Guernsey, is seeking a Trust Officer to join their Private Client Team on a temporary basis.

As a Trust Officer, the Successful Candidate will be responsible for administering a diverse range of trust and company structures, including the establishment of new structures and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. They will be required to manage client relationships, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining accurate records. There will be the opportunity to work collaboratively with other departments within the firm, including legal and accounting teams, to ensure the highest level of service is provided to clients.

The Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a trust administration role, with a sound understanding of trust and company structures and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication skills are essential, as they will be required to liaise with clients, colleagues and third-party service providers. In addition, the Candidate will possess strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
