Our esteemed Client is seeking a highly efficient and organized Temp Office Manager to support their CEO and Board. This position offers the chance for the Candidate to showcase their skills in a vibrant office environment located in the picturesque town of St Peter Port.

In this pivotal role, the Successful Candidate will be responsible for managing critical tasks for the Leadership Team on various HR projects. This includes calendar management, liaising with partners on recruitment efforts, and setting up high-profile meetings. Other responsibilities include booking flights, arranging detailed itineraries, and ensuring that off-island engagements run smoothly. In addition to diary coordination, will be responsible for the general flow of the workplace. This includes ensuring that supplies are well-stocked and vendor relationships are maintained seamlessly. Tech-savviness will also come into play, as they will also be responsible for maintaining web content relevance, ensuring that our online presence is up-to-date and engaging.
