Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a temporary opportunity in St. Peter Port, Guernsey? If so, we have an exciting position available as a HR Officer in the reputable banking sector. Working alongside the HR Manager, the Successful Candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing human resource policies, overseeing recruitment, payroll, and training procedures.

As a HR Officer, the Candidate will support the recruitment process from start-to-finish, scheduling interviews and managing job offers. The Role will also include managing monthly payroll inputs accurately, ensuring timely payments to employees. The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of experience in a generalist HR role, demonstrating experience in recruitment, payroll, and training. Foundational knowledge of HR regulations and best practices is also required, with the ability to interpret and apply regulations as required. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented with strong organisational and excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
