We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join a Leading Insurance Company as a Customer Services Representative on a temporary basis.
As a Customer Services Representative, the responsibilities of the Successful Candidate will include troubleshooting common issues, providing accurate information on products/services, handling financial transactions, and suggesting additional insurance offerings. They will be responsible for ensuring that all interactions with clients are handled professionally and efficiently.
To succeed in this role, the Candidate must be a team player, committed to providing high-quality services and embracing ongoing learning. They should have basic qualifications in Mathematics & English at Grade C or above, and prior experience in fast-paced service delivery roles would be advantageous. Additionally, excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
