A local business is seeking a consultant to review and optimise its administration and back-office functions. The focus will be on improving efficiency, streamlining processes, and identifying IT automation opportunities.

The successful candidate will assess and document existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements. This includes exploring automation opportunities and potential function consolidation to enhance overall efficiency. Engaging with stakeholders will be a crucial part of the role, gathering insights and ensuring staff are involved in the process.

We are looking for someone with proven experience in process optimisation and efficiency reviews. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of IT automation are essential to succeed in this role. The ideal candidate will be confident in engaging with senior leadership, driving change, and communicating findings effectively. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities will also be key.
