Technical Lead – Azure Stack

We have an exciting new opportunity for a Technical Lead – Azure Stack to join a global connectivity and business enterprise provider.

Key duties will include:

• Own the relationship with key service providers from a technical perspective. Own regular service review calls and maintain focus on Azure Stack platform SLAs and KPIs.
• Act as the technical SME and the Azure Stack representative for all business interactions. Be the “go-to” person for Azure Stack expertise.
• Become the main point of contact technically during ISO27001 external audits and ensure certification is achieved.
• Work closely with service providers to advance troubleshooting and improvement efforts where appropriate.
