We’re looking for a motivated and experienced professional to join the as a Team Leader in the Client Onboarding team, where they will play a pivotal role in driving best practices across our client onboarding processes for regulated businesses.
In this role, the successful candidate will help shape and uphold a strong culture of compliance while managing client due diligence (CDD) activities across our global offices. They will be at the forefront of ensuring smooth onboarding, maintaining high standards in data integrity, and supporting colleagues across jurisdictions. As part of the company, the individual will collaborate with a wide range of clients and teams, offering support and guidance on CDD processes, responding to inquiries, and identifying areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate will also serve as the main point of contact for the Cayman team, manage escalations, and assist in leading the team when needed.
