Tax Analyst – Governance Services

We are looking for a dedicated Tax Analyst who will work closely with the Associate Director to manage international tax risk and ensure meticulous compliance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
– Collaborate with leadership on annual AEOI (FATCA/CRS) reporting.
– Maintain comprehensive records that align with FATCA/CRS regulations and Economic Substance requirements.
– Offer essential support regarding FATCA/CRS compliance across various Financial Institutions.
– Assist in ensuring all managed companies adhere strictly to international tax rules through diligent oversight alongside Client Administrators & Managers.

Your Expertise Includes:

• An understanding of corporate structure including funds or trusts
• Knowledgeable about FACTA/CRA standards along with economic substance protocols
• Attention to detail coupled with respect for meeting deadlines is paramount

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills capable of interacting confidently across multiple levels while demonstrating exceptional organisational abilities under pressure from tight schedules.
