A leading local firm in Guernsey is on the lookout for a Talent Officer to join their team and take charge of all recruitment efforts, succession planning and build a stronger employer brand identity. As a Talent Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies, and building a strong talent pipeline for the organisation.
The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in talent acquisition and management, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The candidate will be expected to have excellent project management acumen and be able to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and delivering results in a timely manner.
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations is desirable, as well as proficiency in Office365 and other relevant HR technologies. The successful candidate will be someone who is passionate about building a strong employer brand identity and creating a positive candidate experience.
