We are seeking a Talent Assistant Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and desires to have a significant impact on recruitment operations within the Channel Islands.
In this role, the successful candidate will serve as the primary Talent liaison and manage experienced hire recruitment, including mobility/immigration requirements. They will also conduct new starter inductions and advise on leaver processes. In addition, will oversee student professional qualifications pathways coordination and direct queries appropriately across centralised teams.
The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to create robust networks internally and externally. They should also have an understanding of broad HR responsibilities essential for day-to-day management, with client service orientation, prioritising quality delivery that aligns with client needs. Resilience & Self-Motivation are also necessary, as being resourceful when faced with challenges while also capable of autonomous work or collaborative teamwork.
