A local telecom company seeks a motivated SOC Support Technician for the frontline support of business customers. The role involves providing first-line support via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve queries and technical issues.

 

The successful candidate will manage tickets, troubleshoot faults, and collaborate with internal teams, ensuring exceptional service and timely resolutions. With a strong customer focus and clear communication skills, they will act as a key point of contact, keeping customers informed and satisfied. This role is shift-based, covering mornings, late shifts, and night shifts.

We’re seeking someone with excellent customer service skills, an interest in technology, and a proactive attitude. Flexibility, independence, and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential. Prior experience in IT or customer support is desirable, but full training will be provided.
