We are currently seeking a confident, customer-focused Showroom Assistant to join the team on a 6-month contract. Reporting to the Head of Sales, they will play a key role in delivering first-class customer service, both in-person and through phone and email communications.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for the sale of gas and electrical appliances and associated accessories, as well as providing customers with expert advice on energy efficiency and tariffs. They will liaise with other departments to progress sales and resolve enquiries, maintain the showroom’s appearance, handle payments securely, and support the wider team with product knowledge and training.
We’re looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a friendly, outgoing personality. A background in customer-facing sales and a technical mindset would be a great advantage. Their ability to build positive relationships and enthusiasm for identifying opportunities to improve the customer experience will be the key to success.
