Join a leading commercial firm as a Shared Financial Clerk in Guernsey. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining detailed records of sales, recording daily sales commissions, managing and handling service returns efficiently for invoice processing, reconciling purchase dockets against invoices received, assisting with archiving services, and providing general support duties to enhance the finance team’s efficiency.
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will need proven experience in an administrative capacity and proficiency in using Microsoft systems, particularly Excel and Outlook. They should have exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy at all times. While not essential, a background or interest in aviation/customer services would be beneficial. Also, It is required to have a completed education equivalent to GCSE Level 1 or 2 minimum.
