A leading organisation in the IT industry is seeking an experienced Service Review Manager to join their team in Guernsey.

In this role, the Successful Candidate will be responsible for overseeing SLA compliance, collaborating effectively across Service Delivery and Account Management teams, and analysing closed tickets to identify recurring issues. They will also be required to manage and maintain a detailed service review process, ensuring that it is updated regularly and that all stakeholders are kept informed of any changes. Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be essential in this role.

To excel in this position, the Ideal Candidate should bring extensive experience from working within a service-oriented environment, organisational prowess coupled with adeptness at managing multiple projects simultaneously, and exceptional interpersonal skills. They should have a track record of successfully managing service review processes, identifying and resolving recurring issues, and driving continuous improvement.
