We have a great opportunity for Service Desk Development and Progression Lead to join a leading specialist outsource provider of innovative IT solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day support and coaching of staff in Service Delivery with a particular focus on supporting trainee staff from day 1, right through to them being able to undertake their role independently and autonomously. In doing so, they will champion high standards, the values and teach the company’ ways so that all new joiners are given a consistent induction and training experience.
The candidate will also work closely with the managers to identify their teams training needs, and work closely with the team to create their L&D plans and will be responsible for creating, implementing and managing these programs that empower the team to provide top-tier support to clients and ensure staff development and progression is continually moving forward.
