A local Financial Services firm is seeking to hire a Service Desk Analyst to join their team in St Helier, Jersey. As a Service Desk Analyst, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to clients via phone and email. The role also involves documenting incidents and requests accurately, troubleshooting effectively, and ensuring SLA compliance.

To be considered for this position, The ideal candidate will have a strong technical understanding of current PC operating systems and applications, coupled with excellent organisational skills and a proven track record in a challenging support environment. They will also demonstrate clear verbal communication, politeness, respect, and consideration for others.
