Service Desk Analyst

Responsibilities:
– Offer first-class service desk support by handling all IT-related queries via telephone or email.
– Supervise hardware diagnostics including break fix operations such as memory upgrades.
– Conduct basic network troubleshooting and workstation configuration in Microsoft AD environments.
– Manage technology asset procurement along with new hire setups involving deployment of computers, phones, mobiles etc.
