We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Service Desk Analyst to join a leading online betting company. In this role, candidates will provide technical support to end-users, manage IT hardware inventory, and ensure the smooth operation of IT systems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. They will respond to and resolve IT support tickets via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring timely and efficient troubleshooting. Additionally, the candidate will document issues, solutions, and best practices while ensuring IT security compliance and following JML processes for smooth employee onboarding and offboarding.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should have a Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field along with 3-5 years of experience in an IT support role. Basic networking and troubleshooting skills and experience with IT asset management and ticketing systems are also important. Additionally, strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills will help to excel in this role.
