Senior Trust Officer / Trust Assistant Manager

Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Trust Officer / Trust Assistant Manager to join a local Trust Company.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the administration of an allocated portfolio of clients (trusts and companies) ‐ this is a client facing role;
  • Assist in day‐to‐day administrative processes including, but not limited to, banking system payments (RBSI EQ & several other), Resolutions, checklists, periodic reviews, risk reviews, agreements, account opening, funding structures, financial statements review;
  • Workstreams are not used. Traditional word.doc checklists are followed. Acumen is proprietary databases for client data, time sheet recording etc;
  • Advising and liaising with other Team members on any day‐to‐day administrative matters;
  • Assist in ensuring each entity within the portfolio meets its own local regulatory, reporting and filing obligations;
  • Assist in ensuring that all administrative matters follow the Company’s policies and procedures;
  • Strong interpersonal skills for a small friendly highly collaborative Team though no direct line manager responsibilities at this stage;
