Senior Trust Officer

We are hiring a Senior Trust Officer for a leading financial institution in St Peter Port, Guernsey. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and be interested in trust management. They will work with a dynamic team committed to excellence and customer satisfaction.

As a Senior Trust Officer, the Successful Candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of trust and company administration while adhering to operational controls. They will be required to develop working relationships with clients, intermediaries, and colleagues across departments, ensuring maximum retention rates. The candidate will also be expected to prioritise workloads efficiently against established deadlines without compromising quality or accuracy.

To excel in this role, Candidates must possess superior communication skills, both verbal and written. They must have a keen eye for numbers and be articulate in documentation. While an appreciation and understanding of legal documents related to trusts and companies is desirable, it’s even better if the Candidate is familiar with the laws specific to the Trust Company Business’ jurisdiction.
