Senior Trust Officer

An esteemed Financial Services organization is seeking an exceptional Senior Trust Officer to join their team in St Helier, Jersey. They are looking for a skilled and experienced individual to take on the role of administering trusts and companies, as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. In this position, the Successful Candidate will need to demonstrate excellent commercial acumen and risk awareness while providing leadership to the team. As the Senior Trust Officer, the Candidate will be responsible for driving team success and nurturing talent development. They will be the driving force behind ensuring that all client requirements are met and exceeded while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.

This Firm are looking for someone who is self-motivated and possesses outstanding relationship-building skills. They must be driven by exceeding expectations and have a passion for the fiduciary field.
In addition to the above, they will be required to work collaboratively with other teams and departments, providing excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Will also be responsible for conducting regular reviews and assessments of the existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
