We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Trust Manager to lead a team within the Private Wealth division in the UAE. The role focuses on servicing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients through the administration of trusts, companies, and foundations for succession planning, asset protection, and investment purposes.
Reporting to the Senior Executive Officer, the successful candidate will also support business development by preparing fee proposals and attending meetings with clients and intermediaries. A key part of the role includes onboarding new clients, mentoring junior staff, and driving operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience in trust and company services, hold a relevant qualification (e.g. STEP or ICSA Diploma), and possess strong communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of ADGM, DIFC, and fiduciary structures is essential. Experience in or with the Middle East is desirable but not required.
