An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Trust Administrator to manage a diverse portfolio of trusts and companies, handling a variety of complex arrangements under the guidance of a Trust Supervisor or Assistant Trust Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of clients
Maintaining accurate statutory records and processing payments
Preparing minutes and resolutions for routine matters
Assisting with entity reviews and liaising with legal, accounting, and tax teams
Communicating with clients and intermediaries on a range of matters
Supporting junior staff with queries and training
Undertaking general administrative and ad hoc project work

Skills & Experience:
Educated to ‘A’ Level standard or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience managing a portfolio of clients
STEP Certificate/Diploma or equivalent professional qualification
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work to deadlines with minimal supervision
