This Esteemed Company are looking for an experienced and dedicated professional to provide top-tier trust and company administration services within Private Client sectors while ensuring strict adherence to statutory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
– Administering trusts, companies, and various entities according to legal documents.
– Managing tax compliance including returns filing and payments monitoring.
– Handling correspondence swiftly; preparing detailed notes from communications.
– Drafting meeting minutes when required along with other documentation tasks.

Essential Skills & Experience Required:
– A-Level or degree education
– Minimum two years experience in trust & company administration
– Professional qualifications such as ICSA/STEP Certificate Level preferred
