Senior Treasury Dealer

We are currently looking for a highly qualified and experienced Senior Treasury Dealer to join a leading banking institution based in St Peter Port, Guernsey.

As a Senior Treasury Dealer, you will be responsible for the daily management of the Money Market, HQLA, Repo Operations and Foreign Exchange activities. Your primary role will be to navigate funds through money and repo markets, ensuring optimal levels at correspondent accounts, profitable returns on bank assets and well-contained interest rate risks. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, where you will have the opportunity to use your expertise to make a significant contribution to the success of our institution.

To be considered for this role, you must have a minimum of 5 years experience in market trading and repo market insight. An ACI Diploma or its equivalent would be highly advantageous and strengthen your application. In addition to your technical skills, we require you to be self-motivated, have excellent numerical acuity, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
