This is a great opportunity to promote Guernsey’s finance sector. As a Senior Technical Associate, they will collaborate with Guernsey Finance’s leadership and key industry stakeholders to shape the island’s financial future and drive economic growth.
In this role, the successful candidate will manage and communicate industry insights into strategic plans and marketing campaigns, ensuring messaging aligns with both sector needs and jurisdictional priorities. They will attend and contribute to key local and international industry forums, monitor global developments, support campaign planning, and help develop technical content with a focus on the funds and insurance sectors.
We’re looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience in financial services-ideally with an insurance background. Interest in pensions and sustainable finance is a plus. Strong communication, organisational, and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to build trusted relationships with industry leaders both locally and internationally.
