Are you a seasoned IT professional passionate about supporting critical technology services? We seek an experienced Senior Systems Administrator to join a dedicated team at a leading international bank. based in Guernsey. This permanent position is your chance to play a key role within the dynamic banking sector.

 

Your mission will be:
– To process and coordinate Service Desk incidents efficiently.
– Assist with prioritisation of service requests ensuring timely resolutions.
– Facilitate communication between vendors, suppliers, business units, and external clients for seamless operations.
– Enhance infrastructure sustainability through robust support of hardware, software and network components.

The ideal candidate possesses:
– A minimum of five years experience in similar tech-focused Service Desk roles demonstrating their prowess in delivering exceptional technical assistance.
