A leading Jersey Financial Firm is seeking a Senior Supervisor to join their Supervision Division.
In this leadership role, the successful candidate will manage a team of Supervisors, oversee the supervision of firms using a risk-based approach, and engage directly with senior executives in the businesses you supervise. They will also contribute to regulatory strategy, develop the team, and support the Senior Manager by deputising as needed. As part of the Banking, Insurance and Consumer Credit team, they will help ensure firms meet their legal and regulatory obligations, while supporting Jersey’s position as a well-regulated international finance centre.
We are seeking a candidate with excellent communication skills, extensive knowledge of financial services, and a strong understanding of both Jersey and international regulatory standards.
