Our client is a dynamic and innovative financial services organisation in St Helier, Jersey. They are seeking a highly talented Senior Solutions Specialist to join their team. Reporting to the Solutions Director, they will be a key member of the company Fund Services Service line.
As Senior Solutions Specialist, the candidate will lead robust design and execution processes for tech-enabled solutions, provide guidance, strategic insights, and mentor technicians, and own systems-related projects from inception through delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is motivated by innovation and has a passion for technology.
The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of eFront system operations and report-writing, strong communication skills, problem-solving acumen, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Additionally, the candidate should have at least 5 years of experience with eFront and familiarity with the financial services sector.
