Senior Risk Manager

A leading banking institution is seeking an experienced Senior Risk Manager to join their dynamic team in St Peter Port, Guernsey. In this role, the Successful Candidate will report directly to the CRO Guernsey and be responsible for safeguarding operations and reputation by embracing challenges across financial and non-financial risks.

The Candidate will build robust relationships with stakeholders throughout the Group, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all areas of the business. Strong analytical problem-solving skills, negotiation aptitude, and exceptional organisational skills will be vital in driving strategic risk management initiatives.

To be considered for this role, the Ideal Candidate must have professional experience in risk management or internal auditing and hold relevant qualifications. Private banking experience is advantageous. They will be a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, able to work independently and as part of a team.
