We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recruitment Advisor to join a busy HR team and provide end-to-end recruitment support across a global legal firm. This role is ideal for a highly organised and proactive recruiter looking to make an impact in a fast-paced professional environment.
Key responsibilities include sourcing and connecting with suitably qualified candidates, managing job listings, and monitoring applications through our applicant tracking system. The successful candidate will screen and shortlist candidates, guiding them through the various recruitment stages. Additionally, they will play a key role in managing student schemes and training programme recruitment.
To succeed in this role, previous recruitment experience is essential. Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and candidate sourcing strategies is required. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, able to engage with stakeholders at all levels and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
