Senior Project Manager

Experienced Senior Project Manager required for a permanent role in either Guernsey or Jersey. They will lead and deliver strategic project portfolios aligned with business goals within the financial services sector.

Responsibilities:

• Spearheading multiple Group-wide initiatives and supervising junior staff
• Full life-cycle management of significant project
• Utilising digital tools effectively to craft detailed plans and maintain visibility through reports and dashboards
• Navigating risks proactively and communicating with stakeholders
• Crafting compelling presentations summarising progress succinctly

Requirements:

* A Levels or equivalent educational background
* 8+ years’ relevant professional experience managing complex assignments independently and collaboratively
* Preferred familiarity with regulatory/compliance-based ventures and advanced project management qualifications
