We have a great opportunity available for a Senior Procurement Coordinator to join a leading Healthcare Supplement Supplier.

 

 

The primary purpose of this role is to liaise effectively with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure that all requirements are met efficiently. The successful candidate will be proficient in using Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel, as well as the Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP system. Key tasks and responsibilities include evaluating order requirements, raising and managing stock orders, and handling all associated needs. The role also involves maintaining professional and diplomatic relations with suppliers, managing open orders, adapting to changes in priorities, and resolving problems and delays to ensure the best possible outcomes.
