Senior Private Client Administrator

Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge in the financial services sector? Our reputable financial services Client are seeking a Senior Private Client Administrator to join their team in St Peter Port, Guernsey.

As a Senior Private Client Administrator, the Successful Candidate will be responsible for managing the administration process for trusts and companies. The day-to-day tasks will include maintaining accurate records, coordinating with professionals, and ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met. They will work closely with clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service possible.

To be successful in this role, the Ideal Candidate must have excellent organisational skills, strong time management abilities, and prior experience in regulated finance or professional fields. They will need to be adept at IT-related tasks and be comfortable working with various software programs. This Firm do expect A Levels/Baccalaureate or equivalent education, and a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar role. A relevant professional qualification, such as the STEP Diploma in International Trust Management, would be an advantage.
