Senior Policy Advisor – Competitiveness & Reform

We are currently looking for a dynamic Senior Policy Advisor to join an Esteemed Firm in St. Helier, Jersey. As the Senior Policy Advisor, the Successful Candidate will be responsible for driving regulatory reforms within the financial institution. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, with a strong desire to succeed and a passion for financial regulation.

In this role, the Candidate will engage with industry stakeholders, including banks, asset managers and insurance companies. They will be responsible for leading the analysis of fee frameworks and making recommendations for improvements. As well as, collaborating with government entities to initiate legislative changes that will enhance the competitiveness of Jersey’s International Financial Centre.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication and financial acumen skills, with the ability to manage a heavy workload with tight deadlines. They will be responsible for drafting policy documents, briefing papers, and working closely with stakeholders to ensure that policy changes are implemented effectively.
