We have a great new opportunity for a Senior Operations Engineer to join a leading telecommunications provider.
The Senior Operations Engineer will be responsible for taking the lead in providing operational duties for the hardware and software technologies hosting the company’ cloud services. In this role, the successful candidate will be primarily responsible for taking ownership of the customer experience, providing professional communications to customers, break fix incidents, customer requests, service improvements, 3rd party vendor and support management. The Senior Operations Engineer will take lead for ensuring the Cloud Suite remains in compliance with vendor solution releases and address Security threats as identified.
