We are seeking a detail-oriented Onboarding Administrator to support the administration team for a global Actuaries Firm in St Peter Port, Guernsey. Responsibilities include gathering documentation, collecting due diligence, updating internal systems, and liaising with clients and advisors to ensure a smooth onboarding process. The successful candidate will also assist with business development activities, bank account openings, client periodic reviews, and team training.

We are looking for a candidate with experience in the finance sector, specifically in client onboarding, and a good understanding of Guernsey CDD requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel), strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are essential. They should be confident in handling client queries via phone, email, and face-to-face. English and Maths at GCSE / AS / A Level (or equivalent) are desirable.
